Here are the top stories in St. Louis today:
- Two teens are now facing murder charges for a quadruple shooting last month that left a 19-year-old St. Louis woman dead. Isis Mahr was murdered in a quadruple shooting on Oct. 17 in the 8500 block of Church Road at 1:30 a.m. Three other people were shot, but Mahr did not survive her gunshot wounds. 18-year-old Corey Hardy was arrested along with 17-year-old Jalin Jefferson; both are charged with first-degree murder, assault, and armed criminal action. - A St. Louis duo has been indicted for fraud and theft involving government pandemic relief programs. Dionneshae Forland and Dwayne Times received over $700,000 in fraudulent loans after inflating the number of employees for several of their businesses. Forland is charged with several counts of wire fraud, bank fraud, identity theft, and theft of government property. Times faces one count of wire fraud and a count of theft of government property. - The percentage of COVID-19 patients in St. Louis-area hospitals who are fully vaccinated has been steadily increasing in recent months, prompting doctors to urge the elderly and people with weakened immune systems to get booster shots. (STLtoday.com)
