22-Year-Old St. Louis Man Charged With Molesting 10-Year-Old

Jacob Hilbert is held on $50,000 bail. As in every case, charges set forth in an indictment are merely accusations, not proof of guilt.

ST. LOUIS, MO — Jacob Hilbert, a 22-year-old St. Louis man, has been charged with two counts of attempted statutory sodomy and child molestation, the Post-Dispatch reports.

According to charging documents, Hilbert forced the boy to perform sex acts in 2016 at his home on Columbia Avenue in The Hill, a neighborhood on the western edge of the city.

As in every case, charges set forth in an indictment are merely accusations, not proof of guilt.
