Alleged Saint Louis Ballpark Village Shooter Turns Himself In
Scotty Joseph Lee, 32, has been charged with murder and assault. He turned himself in Wednesday morning.

ST. LOUIS, MO — KMOV St. Louis reports that the accused Ballpark Village shooter, 32-year-old Scotty Joseph Lee, turned himself in around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning at the downtown headquarters of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
Lee was charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action and first-degree assault yesterday for a shooting at ticketed party event called Eat.Drink.Chill. at the Brew House's rooftop bar overlooking Busch stadium. After the shooting, police say he blended in with the crowd and escaped.
One man died and another was injured in the shooting. Police said 38-year-old Corey Hall of north St. Louis County was an innocent bystander to an argument that ended in shots being fired. According to witnesses, Lee was knocked to the ground during a scuffle. That's when he pulled a gun and fired several shots at the man he was arguing with. That man, a 36-year-old friend of Hall's, was struck in the thigh. Hall was hit in the head and died at a hospital early Monday morning.
