- Three children were taken to a St. Louis hospital on Friday afternoon after a car struck a FedEx van. The incident occurred at Adelaide Avenue and Hall Street. It is unclear what injuries the children and drivers sustained during the incident. Responding police officers reportedly found shell casings at the crash scene. (KSDK.com)
- The City of St. Louis is expanding its Summer Fun STL initiative. The program is meant to provide an outlet for the city's children to ensure their safety during the summer months. The program will be adding another location at Jefferson High School. The program is a collaborative effort between the St. Louis Youth Collaborative, St. Louis Public Schools, and the city. - On Thursday, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued arrest warrants for two St. Louis-based suspects in two separate incidents in local parks over the last month. Tiffany Lomax, 25, is wanted for one count each of vehicle hijacking and first-degree robbery, and Desmond Lillard, 24, is wanted for two counts each of the same crimes. Mugshots of both Lomax and Lillard have been released to the media. (River Bender)
