- A St. Louis man was killed Friday evening after falling off of his scooter and being hit by a tractor-trailer. The incident occurred near Pevely, Missouri, when another driver hit the back of the scooter, causing him to fall off. The driver of the scooter was pronounced dead at the scene. - Gateway Global American Youth and Business Alliance Academies Inc. (GGAYBA) is plotting a $25 million project to develop a geospatial and information technology training campus in north St. Louis. The proposed project will span three buildings located in the city's Hyde Park and Old North neighborhoods. The St. Louis-based nonprofit plans to begin development in early 2022. (KSDK.com)
