Here are the top three stories in St. Louis today:

  1. A shooting outside Ballpark Village has resulted in a man and a woman sustaining gunshot wounds. The incident occurred Sunday morning at 6th and Walnut around 1:30 a.m. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department reports the shooting occurred during a heated exchange when a third party tried to intervene. The shooting suspect fled the scene. (KMOV4)
  2. STL ArtWorks' most recent project is turning gray concrete barriers near the Delmar Loop into beautiful pops of color. The project is at the corner of Hodiamont Avenue and Delmar Boulevard. The project involved nearly 32 different people – about half of the organization's workforce. Click the link to view the project. (KSDK.com)
  3. St. Louis Cardinals' Albert Pujols has entered the exclusive 700 Home Run Club. The beloved slugger hit his historic home run during Friday's game in Los Angles against his former team, the Dodgers. Pujols hit No. 699 and No. 700 in the same game. The only other players to ever reach 700 home runs are Barry Bonds (762), Hank Aaron (755), and Babe Ruth (714). (BakersfieldNow)
