  1. A new list created by Forbes has eight St. Louis companies on its list of the country's Best Employers for Diversity. Edward Jones, Washington University, Special School District of St. Louis County, SSM Health, World Wide Technology, Enterprise Holdings, Emerson Electric, and Cass Information Systems made the list. Data from Statista was used to create the list. (St. Louis American)
  2. The St. Louis Post Dispatch will stop its arts reviews due to below-average online traffic. The Riverfront Times will fill that hole in the community by increasing its arts reviews beginning on May 11 with its review of Black Rep's Jitney. The Riverfront Times had originally cut back on arts reviews in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. (Riverfront Times)
  3. St. Louis will experience a blood moon lunar eclipse this Sunday. The lunar event will begin at 8:30 p.m. and hit its peak at 11:11 p.m. The event is caused by the moon's orbit — when the moon moves into the Earth's shadow. The shadow will turn the moon a copper-red color. (Riverfront Times)
