Here are the top three stories today in St. Louis:
- Tickets for the Saint Louis Zoo's "Boo at the Zoo" event are now on sale. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy Halloween decorations, entertainers, food, drink, and more. The popular event runs from Oct. 14 through Oct. 30. Click to get your tickets. (KSDK.com)
- The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department reports that a 13-year-old was shot on Wednesday afternoon. The teen was shot in the Mark Twain neighborhood shortly before 3:00 p.m. The department reports that he was shot in the buttocks and is currently conscious. (KMOV)
- The City of St. Louis is considering a proposal that would change downtown zoning codes for bars, nightclubs, and venues. The code changes would make the establishments close earlier. The code has not been updated since 1947. Areas around the stadiums, casinos, and the convention center would not be affected by the proposal. (KMOV)
