Bystander Injured In Drive By Shooting Near Gateway Arch

ST. LOUIS, MO — Police say a 24-year-old man was shot around 1 a.m. Wednesday in a drive by shooting near Gateway Arch National Park. His condition is unknown and police don't have any suspects.
