- A man has been charged with 12 felonies and two misdemeanors for a car crash that put two city police officers and five other people in the hospital. Kohl Parker was driving almost 100 mph when he struck a police vehicle and stopped SUV on Jan. 24. (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
- The Missouri House of Representative passed a bill that would change how vacant properties are sold in St. Louis. Representative Joe Adams of University City said that the legislation could help the city and county gain control of unused properties. House Bill 2218 now moves to the Senate for approval. (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
- A local predator is behind bars after attempting to lure girls into his minivan in Kirkwood. Still, neighborhood members have expressed concerns about children's safety. NCMEC recommends parents teach children to get permission before going anywhere with anyone, stranger or otherwise. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
