Here are the top 3 stories today in St. Louis:

  1. The City of St. Louis is offering anti-theft devices in an effort to help combat the ongoing issue of carjackings and vehicle theft. Residents can purchase the devices at two locations within City Hall for a reduced price with proof of City of St. Louis residency. Interested parties are advised to call and confirm the availability of the devices before making the trip to City Hall. (KSDK.com)
  2. The City of St. Louis has scored a perfect 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Municipal Equality Index (MEI) for the 11th year in a row. The MEI evaluates 506 cities nationwide on the inclusivity of their laws, policies, and services for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. St. Louis received bonus points for having elected and appointed LGBTQIA+ leaders, offering support for people with HIV/AIDS, and for pushing back against restrictive state laws. (Press Release Desk)
  3. Dutchtown residents are speaking out after discovering antisemitic flyers being distributed in the South St. Louis neighborhood. Leyla Rose Bland, a resident of the area who found multiple bags filled with the flyers, says the pages contain language blaming the Jewish community for various political issues, including abortion, mass immigration, and "Disney child grooming." As of Thursday, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department had not yet received any official police reports regarding the incident. (KMOV4)
