Here are the top three stories in St. Louis today:

  1. The St. Louis Board of Election Commissioners has announced its pilot 15 Vote Centers along with five no-excuse absentee voting locations. The program will allow any city voter the ability to vote at the locations regardless of their registered precinct. The city will be holding a Special Primary Municipal Election on Tuesday, Sep. 13.   2. Imo's Holding Company has announced a new CEO. Mark Miner has been selected to lead Imo's Pizza. The position was previously filled by Carl Imo. The St. Louis-style pizza chain operates 99 restaurants in three states. It sells 17 products in local grocery stores. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
  3. Delmar Loop's Blueberry Hill is celebrating 50 years of operation. The bar-restaurant-music venue first opened its doors in 1972. Joe Edwards will be celebrating Blueberry Hill's 50th with a special public event on Sep. 8. During the event, the 10-year time capsule will be opened and a new one will be created.
