- St. Louis County has handed over records related to 14 businesses that applied for small business grants in 2020. The records were subpoenaed by federal investigators while investigating an alleged fraud scheme by ex-jail official Tony Weaver. Assistant U.S. Attorney Hal Goldsmith is leading the investigation. - The pay for the city mayor, the city comptroller, and the Aldermanic President will be increased after the current term. The salaries will be increased by three percent. The pay increases were included in a bill that raised the pay scale for rank-and-file city employees last week. (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
- St. Louis area's first electric bike store has officially opened. Pedego Bikes will be offering electric bikes to customers at 439-B South Buchanan Street in Edwardsville. The bike shop is offering a lifetime warranty on frames and a five-year warranty on parts. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
