- St. Louis Municipal Courts has dismissed more than 24,000 old low-level cases. The dismissal order allows the court system to turn its attention to more important crimes. The dismissal also frees residents from housing and employment struggles. The cases were from before Jul. 1, 2018. This is an annual procedure. (RiverBender.com)
- The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for the St. Louis area. The advisory is in effect until 8:00 p.m. today. Residents are encouraged to drink plenty of fluids, limit outdoor exposure, and check in with loved ones. As a reminder, never leave an animal or child in a car unattended. - St. Louis County Department of Health has decided to expand its vaccination program for the back-to-school season. The department will be hosting a series of vaccination clinics starting on Monday.
