Cracker Barrel To Donate Toys to Military Families
The southern-themed restaurant and gift store chain will donate 20 percent of Black Friday toy sales to military charity Operation Homefront

ST. LOUIS, MO — Starting Black Friday, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is partnering with the nonprofit Operation Homefront to help provide toys to military children. Cracker Barrel will donate 20 percent of all toy sales purchased online from Nov. 24 to Nov. 28 and in stores nationwide on Black Friday to Operation Homefront's Holiday Toy Drive. All funds raised from this promotion will be used to purchase toys for America's military children, the company said.
"The holidays are an important time to remember the day-to-day challenges faced by the families of those serving to protect our country," said Cracker Barrel Manager of Corporate Citizenship Sloane Lucas. "This holiday season our guests have the opportunity to purchase toys for their own families while helping Cracker Barrel spread cheer to military kids."
On Giving Tuesday, a national charity drive held Nov. 28, guests can even purchase toys at a discounted price while also giving back to kids in need. For that day, Cracker Barrel is offering a 25 percent discount on any toy purchased in store and online, including stuffed animals, puzzles, doll houses and more.
