- The student and teacher killed during the shooting at Central Visual and Performing Arts High School on Monday have been identified as Alexandria Bell and Jean Kuczka, respectively. The gunman was also identified by police as 19-year-old CVPA graduate Orlando Harris. Community members gathered in Tower Grove Park on Monday night for a vigil honoring the victims. - A boil advisory was issued Tuesday for parts of St. Louis City due to low power at a water treatment plant. City officials called the advisory precautionary and reported that no contamination had been detected in the water as of Tuesday afternoon. - A popular island-inspired restaurant chain made its debut in the St. Louis region this month. Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is based out of Kansas City and opened its first St. Louis-area restaurant location last week.
