2. The Guardian Angel Settlement Association is teaming up with volunteers to bring holiday cheer to seniors at St. Louis-area assisted living facilities. 3. A car flipped over during a major crash on Arsenal Street and South Broadway early Wednesday morning. The incident occurred shortly before 4:00 a.m. on Dec. 21. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
