Driver Shot In Chest Early Wednesday In North Saint Louis: Report

Fox 2 St. Louis reports a man was shot in the chest shortly before 5 a.m. in north St. Louis. Police say someone shot him through the window of his car. The victim was then able to drive to his grandmother's house for help.
