- A woman was killed Sunday when her car crashed over the side of a south St. Louis bridge. According to investigators, the car was traveling southbound on Hampton Avenue when it reached the bridge over Manchester Avenue and careened into the northbound lanes. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. (STLtoday.com)
- Owners of the St. Louis County restaurant Balducci's announced they will be closing after nearly fifty years. The closure follows a recent decision to reduce indoor service at the restaurant due to staffing shortages. Balducci's is one of many restaurants and coffee shops that has faced challenges due to the labor shortage, which has reached critical levels in St. Louis. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
