Here are the top three stories today in St. Louis:

  1. Hundreds of local men received free suits during a giveaway event at the Sunshine Cultural Arts Center. The Center also gave the men shirts and shoes. The men's involvement group at the center hosts suit giveaways four times a year. (KMOV.com)
  2. Harris-Stowe State University in St. Louis closed for several hours Tuesday after the historically Black school received a bomb threat. The campus reopened Tuesday afternoon after an investigation by St. Louis police and the FBI; a search of the campus turned up nothing threatening. The threat comes as several other historically Black universities across the country reported bomb threats on Tuesday. (The Missourian)
  3. A drug kingpin out of California will be sentenced in March for running an elaborate smuggling operation through St. Louis, using an unsuspecting storage facility as the key transportation point for massive amounts of fentanyl. The St. Louis DEA seized 27 kilos of fentanyl hidden inside a storage unit in the nearby suburb of Florissant. The fentanyl was hidden in secret compartments inside furniture. (CIProud.com)
