Here are the top three stories in St. Louis today:

  1. St. Louis is a fantastic place to ring in the New Year! Visit the link to view a list of some of the best ways to spend the last day of 2022. From dancing the night away during the NYE 2023 Shindig at Molly's in Soulard to enjoying delectable desserts during "Flights of Fancy" at The Fountain on Locust, there's something happening in the city for everyone. (Riverfront Times)
  2. St. Louis Santacon is tomorrow, and participants are getting ready for their own unique brand of holiday cheer. Visitors show up decked out in full-blown Santa and elf costumes (or their flashiest red, green, and white outfits) to go on this festive bar crawl through St. Louis. Santas and their cronies will stop by bars along the route, singing in the streets along the way. Event officials say the number of participants this year could be record-breaking. (Pub Crawls)
  3. A St. Louis man recovered his stolen truck after using his GPS tracker to locate it. Craig Macrae found his truck missing from the parking lot one morning. When he called to report the theft to the car dealership, they informed him that the GPS was still in the vehicle. Upon locating it, Macrae contacted the police. Authorities arrested the thieves and were able to return Macrae's truck to him. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
