- The owners of the popular local chain Kingside Diner announced plans to open a "Kingside Express" outpost in the Delmar Loop this summer. The new restaurant will carry a similar menu to other Kingside locations but will focus primarily on carryout and delivery services. Kingside Express will open this June at 6170 Delmar Blvd., in the former Thai Cafe space. (Sauce Magazine)
- The famed game show "The Price Is Right" will stop by St. Louis during its 50th-anniversary tour this week. Fans of the show will have a chance to play Plinko, spin the prize wheel, and meet the show's announcer George Gray. The event will take place this Thursday, Apr. 28, from 12:00-4:00 p.m. at Ballpark Village. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
- A new multi-use venue is coming to the Downtown West neighborhood this fall. The Hawthorn will span over 10,000 square feet and feature two full-service bars and three hospitality suites with banquet, theater, and cocktail seating.
