  1. Construction began this week on the Lindbergh International Boulevard (LIB) bridge running over Coldwater Creek. The project entails structural repairs and sewer work as well as the addition of a new pedestrian bridge. During the first phase of construction, which is scheduled to be completed in May of next year, westbound lanes of the LIB will be temporarily closed and eastbound lanes will be reduced to one lane going in each direction. (Press Release Desk)
  2. Community advocates are calling on residents to help create a safer St. Louis during a free anti-crime conference this weekend. The 2022 Elevate Conference kicked off yesterday, but citizens hoping to see change in their communities can still attend the free Family Fun Day today at Harris-Stowe State University from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Activities will include horseback riding, bouncy houses, fitness demonstrations, and more. (KSDK)
  3. Kingside Diner will join the roundup of restaurants at St. Louis Lambert International Airport next March. The beloved local eatery will bring elements of the restaurant's Central West End and Clayton locations to the airport's Concourse C, which provides gates for American, Alaska, Frontier, and Spirit Airlines. The announcement follows the recent opening of another favorite local restaurant, Casa de Tres Reyes, in Concourse E. (Press Release Desk)
