Todd Randall, owner of the Randall’s Wine and Spirits chain, says he decided to remove the products from shelves on Monday after consulting with his staff members. Brands such as Smirnoff and Stoli, which are commonly associated with Russia but not actually produced and bottled in the country, will continue to be sold at Randall's stores. (KSDK.com)

The suit alleges that the mayor’s recent appointment of interim personnel director John Moten Jr. is in violation of the city's charter. The firefighters have asked that a judge invalidate any actions Moten takes as interim director. (KSDK.com)
