- A man exposed himself to a student after he entered Mallinckrodt Academy in South City on Thursday. School counselors are providing support as needed to the victim and the victim's family. Police are investigating the situation and the district has said it is working to ensure a similar incident does not happen again. (KMOV.com)
- A St. Louis man has been sentenced to life in prison for fatally shooting a mother of five during an argument three years ago. 41-year-old Lamont Parker was sentenced on Thursday, with no possibility of parole for killing 30-year-old Veronica Taylor on July 29, 2018. Police said Parker and Taylor were arguing when he shot her in the head on a street in the city’s Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood. (fox2now.com)
- Two eastbound I-270 lanes are closed until 6 p.m. on Friday for emergency repairs. (KMOV.com)
