Man Struck And Killed By Car Near Hampton And Chippewa

Authorities are investigating after a pedestrian was killed by a car in south St. Louis Sunday afternoon.

ST. LOUIS, MO — Authorities are investigating after a man was stuck and killed by a car in south St. Louis Sunday afternoon. Police say the incident happened around 1 p.m. near the intersection of Hampton Avenue and Chippewa Street, a busy intersection near a large shopping center.

KMOV reports the man was taken to a local hospital where he died.
