Maryland Heights Car Chase: Suspect Fled, Another Arrested
Police say one suspect fled and another was arrested after an early morning car chase down Page Avenue.
MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO — Police say an early morning traffic stop turned into a high-speed car chase after a driver tried to hit a police car and sped away down Page Avenue in Maryland Heights this morning. The silver two-door Hyundai Veloster hit several vehicles, including a police car, before finally stopping several miles from the area of the initial traffic stop. One suspect was arrested and another fled the scene. A police officer suffered minor injuries to his hand.
