  1. St. Louis Mayor Tishaura Jones signed a bill yesterday repealing the city's marijuana laws. The bill will reverse the city ordinance that makes it illegal to possess small amounts of marijuana. It also bars police from enforcing state and federal laws against the possession of small amounts of marijuana paraphernalia. (The Edwardsville Intelligencer)
  2. The St. Louis Board of Aldermen will vote Tuesday on a proposed redistricting map. The new map would reduce the number of wards in the city by half. The board is expected to approve the map. (KMOV.com)
