- A St. Louis chocolatier has opened a second location and expanded its production capacity just in time for the holidays. Bijoux is locally known for making artisanal bonbons in a variety of flavors, including salted caramel, tiramisu, and raspberry. Shoppers with a sweet tooth can visit the original location on Manchester Road in Des Peres or the new location on Big Bend Boulevard in Webster Groves to get a taste of Bijoux's chocolate bars, toffees, caramels, and more.
