Missouri Lawmaker On GOP Train That Crashed In Virginia
Rep. Vicky Hartzler Tweeted that she was okay. One person on the truck has died.

An Amtrak train carrying Republican members of Congress to a GOP retreat crashed into a trash truck Wednesday morning near Crozet, Virginia, reportedly killing one person on the truck and critically injuring another, according to authorities and media reports.
Congressmen and women suffered only minor injuries, according to a statement from the White House. One Minnesota Congressman was taken to a local hospital for a concussion. Amtrak confirmed that none of its crew members were seriously injured.
At least one Missouri lawmaker was on the train. Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler Tweeted that she was okay and asked for prayers for the victims.
