  1. The City of St. Louis has announced a Multi-Agency Resource Center. The center has been established by the State of Missouri as a one-stop location for the community to find flood recovery assistance. The center is at Friendly Temple Church on Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. (RiverBender.com)
  2. International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District 837 workers have voted for the Boeing contract. The approval vote has avoided a union strike. The three-year contract gives workers an updated 401k and retirement plan. It goes into effect today. (Riverfront Times)
  3. A trial date has been set for the case against the three former St. Louis Aldermen. The trial will begin on Sept. 12 at 9:00 a.m. The deadline for plea agreements is Aug. 23. Lewis Reed has been charged with two counts of bribery. John Collins-Muhammad has been charged with two counts of bribery and one count of honest services bribery/wire fraud. Jeffrey Boyd has been charged with two counts of bribery and two counts of wire fraud. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
