  1. Candidate filing for the Municipal Primary Election on Mar. 7, 2023, is open in St. Louis and will remain open through Jan. 6, 2023. To file for reelection or run for office, candidates must complete a certificate of nomination, obtain a statement of tax clearance from the Collector of Revenue's Office, and pay a filing fee at the Office of the Treasurer.   2. The annual Garden Glow holiday lights event has returned to the Missouri Botanical Garden for its 10th year. The display opened Sunday, Dec. 4, featuring millions of holiday lights and festive video projections.
