Written by Molly Butterworth, the book draws on archival photos and extensive research to tell the story of a city and its tracks.   2. St. Louis Metropolitan Police ask for residents' help finding a man wanted for exposing himself to children near two St. Louis schools. The man was last seen in a dark-colored Chevy Cruz with tinted windows and a temp tag. Police say this happened between Oct. 14 and 20 and that witnesses are encouraged to call in.
