  1. A man from Oregon has been arrested in St. Louis on federal charges accusing him of making a series of bomb threats to schools and a hospital back home. Sean Case McGinley, 40, of Newburg, Oregon, was supposed to appear in U.S. District Court in St. Louis Monday, but the hearing was canceled after he was indicted in U.S. District Court in Oregon. He is facing four counts each of making interstate threats involving explosives and conveying false information about destructive devices. (STLtoday.com)
  2. The City of St. Louis Department of Health is advising residents and visitors to the city that the city's public health and safety masking requirements. The resolution was passed as Resolution #142 on Nov. 24, 2021, by the City of St. Louis Board of Alderman. In a statement, the city reported that "the issuance of the order and adoption by the city's legislative body were both conducted in compliance with, and in the spirit of, Missouri and United States constitutional provisions, the Missouri Revised Statutes, and the Charter of the City of St. Louis."
