- St. Louis police were called in to break up an event at a troubled downtown nightclub on Friday night. Reign Restaurant at 1122 Washington Avenue was ordered to shut down a week earlier following a series of violent incidents there and complaints from nearby residents. No arrests were made. - Police are currently investigating the discovery of human remains in a St. Louis area creek. The remains were found in Florrisant on Friday afternoon, according to St. Louis County Police Sgt. Tracy Panus, but no further details have been released. Anyone with information that could help identify the remains is urged to contact police. (STLtoday.com)
- St. Louis announced a plan to merge the city’s police, fire, and EMS emergency operations into one call center. The city hopes this move will reduce hold time for 911 calls and address a dispatcher shortage. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
