ST. LOUIS, MO — Homicide detectives are investigating a startling discovery made Friday morning, the Post-Dispatch reports. While responding to a call, police found burned human remains in a trash dumpster in the 4200 block of Kossuth Ave. in the north city, just to the northeast of Fairground Park. Police have not identified the victim or made a determination as to the gender or age, which can be difficult to judge from partially intact remains.
