  1. The NCAAP is requesting a meeting with the St. Louis City and St. Louis County Police Departments to review vehicle pursuit policies. The organization sent the two department chiefs a letter with the meeting request. The main focus of the meeting is to get clarification on certain aspects of how pursuits are supervised and when spike strips will be used. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
  2. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating an incident that resulted in an infant being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday. The collision occurred near the intersection of Tucker Boulevard and Chestnut Street. The infant was sent to a hospital for treatment of a minor head injury. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
  3. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department's Chief John Hayden will retire on Jun. 18. Lt. Col. Michael Sack will act as interim chief after Hayden's retirement. The administration will conduct a nationwide search to find the department's next permanent leader. (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
