  1. St. Louis' multi-agency resource centers have been closed. Residents seeking assistance are directed to contact FEMA. Residents can call 211 for help. To qualify for FEMA assistance, a resident must provide proof that they were residing at the affected address during the flood. (KMOV4)
  2. St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department has returned to 8-hour shifts, according to officials. The shift change reportedly occurred earlier than expected. Officers have been working on a 12-hour shift rotation since Jun. 10 due to a staffing shortage. (KSDK.com)
  3. Saint Louis County animal shelter has reportedly taken unprecedented steps to restrict information about its operations from being revealed. St. Louis County government attempted to place a gag order on attorneys sharing information about shelter conditions. The order was rejected by a judge. (KSDK.com)
