  1. Several local St. Louis restaurants are donating portions of their sales to nonprofits helping Ukrainians suffering the negative impacts of the war with Russia. Two restaurants that donated this past weekend are Indo and The Lucky Accomplice. 1220 Artisan Spirits, 4 Hands Brewing Co., and Mission Taco Joint will be donating on Tuesday, Mar. 8. The nonprofits include World Central Kitchen, the International Rescue Committee, Razom for Ukraine, and the Urgent Action Fund for Women's Rights in Ukraine. (KMOV.com)
  2. Early on Saturday, a 28-year-old man and 35-year-old woman were injured when several men fired shots at a bar on St. Louis' north side. They were transported to an area hospital in critical condition. Gunfire also struck several windows and walls inside the bar, as well as multiple vehicles parked outside. This incident is still being investigated. (KSDK.com)
  3. On Saturday morning, the St. Louis Dental Center welcomed more than 100 vets for free exams and screenings through a partnership with the A.T. Still University of Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health and Affinia Healthcare. It’s the sixth year for the project, funded through private donations, to provide services for veterans who have no insurance or access to care. Since the program began, more than 770 veterans in all branches of service and every war have received services. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
