- The city of St. Louis has received nearly $50 million in low-income housing tax credits. The funds will be used to construct and preserve 600 affordable housing units throughout the city. Mayor Tishaura Jones said the funding will help make St. Louis safer and increase the availability of affordable housing. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
- A winning Powerball ticket worth $50 thousand was sold at a Schnucks in south St. Louis County. A woman bought the ticket last week while purchasing a birthday cake for her mother at the grocery store on Butler Hill Road. She says she did not realize she had won the jackpot until the following day when the Missouri Lottery posted about the winning ticket on its Facebook page. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
- One St. Louis man is dead and three more have been injured following a shooting at a former nightclub. The incident occurred early Sunday morning in the parking lot of what used to be Roxy's Nightclub, where a 28-year-old man was shot and killed. The three injured men were taken to a hospital and are expected to recover from their injuries. Authorities have not yet made any arrests. (Journal Gazette and Times-Courier)
