  1. The St. Louis County Police Department is searching for a suspect in a Spanish Lake bank robbery. The incident occurred at the U.S. Bank branch in the 11000 block of Larimore Road. The suspect is either a woman or was dressed as a woman during the robbery. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Bureau of Communications. (Alton Telegraph)
  2. The St. Louis County Library is offering free fresh produce through a partnership with Operation Food Search. The program began on Wednesday and will continue through September.   3. St. Louis aldermen have advanced a measure that would restructure the civilian oversight process of city police and jails. The measure was advanced on a 14-3 vote with 4 members voting present and one voting to abstain. The measure gives the Civilian Oversight Board more power and responsibility while creating the Detention Facilities Oversight Board. (St. Louis Public Radio)
