  1. A man won $50,000 from a Show Me Cash jackpot in St. Louis County. His odds of winning? 1 in 575,757. The man bought the ticket for the March 28th drawing at the QuikTrip in the 9000 block of Natural Bridge Road. Luck was on his side that day — he wasn’t playing any special numbers and instead picked them at random. (Fox2)
  2. Missouri’s Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel recommended a reprimand for St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner. The recommendation comes after allegations that Gardner purposefully withheld evidence. She agreed yesterday to a 40-page stipulation that described how defense attorneys did not receive notes and a recording Gardner’s office took during an interview with Greitens’ alleged mistress. The stipulation does not call for the suspension, probation, or disbarment of Gardner. (KSDK)
  3. A victim of a would-be carjacking defended himself against his attacker yesterday morning. A man in south St. Louis was on the phone in his car, which was parked along Connecticut Street at Roger Place when an unknown man tried to open his car door. The victim pulled out his handgun and opened fire, causing the suspect to fall. The suspect jumped into a getaway car and sped off. The victim is unharmed; it is unclear if the suspect was injured.
