St. Louis is getting a Wahlburgers, the actor confirmed during an appearance on Great Day St. Louis. Are you excited?

ST. LOUIS, MO — Wahlburgers, the restaurant chain owned by actor Mark Wahlberg and his brothers Paul and Donnie, may soon be getting a St. Louis location, Mark Wahlberg confirmed during an appearance on Great Day St. Louis Thursday morning.
“I’m sold on the City of St. Louis as a whole,” he said. “I mean, I’m coming all the way down there to open a Wahlburgers soon. I have my guys scouting some locations."
The brothers founded the restaurant in Boston in 2011 with a reality television series on A&E providing a behind-the-scenes look into the business venture. They recently announced plans to add more than 100 locations over the next five years, including more than two dozen in the midwest. The first of those will open in Des Moines, Iowa by the middle of next year. There is no firm timeline for opening a St. Louis location.
