St. Louis Woman Charged With Murder For April Shooting

ST. LOUIS, MO — A 29-year-old St. Louis woman has been charged with murder for the April 15 shooting of Jerome Boyd, KMOV reports.

According to prosecutors, Rachel Nixon shot 36-year-old Boyd multiple times in the early morning hours of April 15 as he sat in his vehicle in the 5400 block of Gravois Avenue in the south city's Bevo neighborhood.

Police are still looking for witnesses in the case. Anyone with information should contact St. Louis Regional CrimeStoppers toll free at 1-866-371-TIPS (8477). As in every case, charges are merely accusations, not proof of guilt.
