State Representative Blaine Wilhour endorses Kevin Schmidt

Millstadt, IL – State Representative Blaine Wilhour (R-Beecher City) says Kevin Schmidt is the only candidate voters in the 114th District can trust to oppose the left’s radical agenda that has left our state financially and morally bankrupt.

“Kevin Schmidt is a hard worker with strong ties to the district,” Wilhour said. “He will be a tireless advocate for the structural reforms we need to turn Illinois around. Schmidt will not be afraid to take on the political insiders and influence peddlers who are bankrupting our state. I look forward to working with Kevin Schmidt in the State Legislature.”

Schmidt said he is honored to have Wilhour’s support.

“Representative Wilhour has consistently stood up to the corrupt, career politicians whose policies are ruining our state,” Schmidt said. “Running for office is about public service. Like, Blaine Wilhour, I will be a citizen legislator who will put working families first.”

Kevin Schmidt is a Board-Certified Chiropractor and the owner of Schmidt Chiropractic with locations in Millstadt and Freeburg. He grew up in Belleville, IL and graduated from Belleville West High School. He ran for State Representative in the 116th during the 2020 Republican primary. Schmidt is pro-life and pro-2nd Amendment. He and his wife Laura have two boys and they reside in Millstadt, IL. He is running as a Republican in the 114th District. The primary election is June 28th.
