  1. A couple who gained national attention for waving guns at protestors has been placed on probation as attorneys. Mark and Patricia McCloskey will have their law licenses revoked if they violate the one-year probation, according to a ruling by judges on Tuesday. The McCloskeys pleaded guilty to misdemeanors stemming from the June 2020 encounter with protesters. (KFVS)
  2. Ted Drewes announced in a Facebook post on Tuesday that it will reopen this week. The popular frozen custard shop will be back in business tomorrow, Feb. 10, in time for Valentine's Day. Frozen custard fans can see the full menu and store hours on the store's official website. (fox2now.com)
  3. Three St. Louis-area companies were named in Fortune magazine’s 2022 list of the world’s most admired companies.
