ST. LOUIS, MO — Culinary website The Daily Meal has ranked the 100 best food trucks in the United States, taking into account reviews from TripAdvisor, Zomato and Yelp, as well as each truck's following on social media. The result is an eclectic list that includes grown-up grilled cheese sandwiches, Korean tacos, waffle sandwiches and everything in between.
St. Louis has three trucks on the list:

Seoul Taco, #77
Seoul Taco currently offers their spicy take on Korean-Mexican fusion at five brick and mortar locations — University City, Champaign, Ill., Columbia, Mo., Chesterfield, Mo. and Chicago — but the food truck was first. Launched by David Choi in 2011, it quickly became a regional hit. Try the spicy pork tacos with their signature Seoul Sauce.

Go! Gyro! Go!, #50
Launched the same year as Seoul Taco, Go! Gyro! Go! offers classic gyros still made to an old family recipe.
"Greeks love food and friends — so please stop by, say hello, and have a gyro," the owners, Nick and Laura Cowlen write on their website. "We look forward to meeting you!"
It must have been a good year to start a food truck business, because Joel Crespo and Brian Hardesty also decided to open a food truck the same year as the first two trucks on the list. Guerrilla Street Food began offering Filipino and Filipino-inspired food in 2011, seeking to pair the island cuisine with Midwest hospitality.
"We took a big chance," Crespo writes on their website. "We were one of the first food trucks in St. Louis, and no one was serving Filipino food at the time."
It was a hit. They now have two restaurants in St. Louis, but the food truck is still up and running.
"The name Guerrilla Street Food is a tribute to guerrilla fighters, the underdogs with a zealous persistence and passion for their cause," the owners write online. Over the years, they've been featured in multiple best-of lists and on Food Network's "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives," so obviously the passion is paying off.
Try the Flying Pig.
