Two Women Dead After Inhaling Hydrogen Cyanide Gas
Officials haven't determined the source of the gas, but say it can be created by improperly mixing household chemicals.

ST. LOUIS, MO — Two women are dead in north St. Louis after inhaling hydrogen cyanide, an odorless but extremely poisonous gas, KMOV reports. Paramedics were called to the 3100 block of Whittier Street, southwest of Fairground Park, around 9 a.m. Tuesday morning where they discovered the women's bodies.

The women's names have not been released.
