Here are the top three stories today in St. Louis:
- St. Louis City plans to demolish vacant city-owned properties using federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act. The city will reportedly prioritize buildings that have been identified by inspectors as dangerous. It is currently unclear how many properties will be demolished through the plan.
