  1. Smoke could be seen for miles Saturday after a fire broke out at Midwest Material Recovery's warehouse in North St. Louis. The St. Louis Fire Department responded Saturday afternoon after a large pile of recycling and electronics caught on fire. The warehouse is considered a total loss after the fire damage, but no injuries were immediately reported.(KMOV.com)
  2. Four boys escaped a juvenile detention facility in Grand Center late Saturday, police said. The department's public information officer did not have additional details as of noon Sunday, pending an ongoing investigation. The reported escape Saturday is the second time youths fled a juvenile detention facility in St. Louis since July, when five teenage boys broke out of the Hogan Street Regional Youth Center.
